Produced in Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, France.

The Coulet family have been producing Roquefort for 130 years and five generations. Produced under the AOC, Roquefort is one of two sheeps milk AOC cheeses made in France. 

Higher moisture cheese with a porcelain white colour, intense but balanced flavour profile, fine creamy texture.

Pairs well with dessert wines and sweet Sherry.
